Requirements vary slightly by school, but a safe checklist is:
- JAMB result slip and the UTME registration slip.
- O'level result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) — original and photocopies.
- Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age.
- Local government / state of origin certificate, where required.
- NIN slip.
- Passport photographs (recent, same background).
- Screening payment receipt and the school's screening slip.
- Testimonial or school leaving certificate, where requested.
Carry both originals and photocopies in a folder. Some schools also require a medical fitness report or a completed referee form.
Read the school's official screening notice line by line. If it says "original and two photocopies", bring three copies — being over-prepared is cheaper than a second trip.
