Yes — change of course and change of institution are separate JAMB correction options, and both can usually be done after registration for a fee.
A few things to understand:
- Change of course keeps the same institution and changes the programme.
- Change of institution moves your application to another school. Some schools require you to have chosen them as first choice before they will screen you.
- Your subject combination must still fit the new course. You cannot change to Engineering with a combination that excludes Physics.
- Changing to a more competitive course does not create spaces; the departmental cut-off still applies.
Do not change institutions just because a friend says a school is "easier". Check that school's current cut-off, screening method and whether it accepts your subject combination first.
